Home sales lean on sellers

Home buyers in the Twin Cities outnumbered sellers in October boosting prices and reducing the supply of homes for sale.   The Twin Cities market has also shown a 3.3% increase in signed purchase agreements from 2014.  New listings have not kept up with home buying activity, making the many Twin Cities areas a seller’s market. Twin Cities housing market during September was best in decade

There were more buyers than sellers in the Twin Cities last month booting sales prices and closings to the best fall market in a decade. Twin Cities home sales soar 30% in March, setting up strong spring

March home sales spring upward and set the stage for a strong spring market.   March 2015 saw a 30% increase in purchase agreements signed over last March.
